Customized Products

Because customized products are made specifically for the individual customer, we cannot resell them to another customer once they have been personalized and produced.

For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized products once an order has been confirmed.

Please carefully check your selected product, personalization details, spelling, and other order information before placing your order.

Incorrect Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, spelling, and customization details when placing an order. Once the customization process has started, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and assist you where appropriate.
